Summary of Defect:

2.2.1.7.6.3.5 b) states that "flight-id" is included in an ADS emergency report. "Flight-id" is not one of the items in an ADS emergency report. Some time ago, during the development of the ADS SARPs, flight-id was removed from the ADS report on the grounds that it was not necessary - the aircraft address is sufficient to identify the aircraft.
If not corrected, the defect makes the SARPs not implementable.
