Summary of Defect:

With the current ASN.1 description, one approach type only can be specified per ATIS report, whatever the number of runways is. Actually, the approach type should be specified per runway. In addition, it should be possible to indicate a second runway (runway x CIRCLE runway y) for each arrival runway.

If the ASN.1 is not modified, the FIS application will not be able to support current ATIS reports.
