This case is meaningless since when a CPDLC message is sent with an N attribute, the message identification number assigned to this message is freed by the message initiator. Thus, it is impossible later on upon receipt of a response message to relate it to the initial message. If not removed, the CPDLC SARPs can not be implemented in full.
