Summary of Defect:

Section 2.2.1.5.3.15.4.2 is in conflict with Table 2.2.1.5-73 cell (event=ADS-cancel-contract-PDU,...,ADS-cancel-emergency-ack-PDU, state=LI-G-END).

(1) CCB agreed that this PDR should be upgraded to RESOLVED status and should appear as part of the first annual amendment to Doc 9705. FORWARDED status is not appropriate since it indicates a PDR which has been referred to an ATNP WG for addition to its work program, i.e. a enhancement or major change to the baseline.

(2) A second analysis of the problem shows that the solution proposed by the SME2 Team was not correct (the solution initially proposed by the PDR's initiator to change the state table is actually correct). As a consequence, since the PDR is not yet ADOPTED by ICAO (i.e. not implemented in Doc 9705 Edition 1) it is still possible to withdraw the PDR. This PDR is superseded by PDR 98100003.
