Summary of Defect:

The Exception Handling section of the ARF SARPs states that upon detection of an abort condition, the ARF-ASEs must invoke the D-ABORT request with the Originator parameter set to the value "DS user". Actually, value "user" is normally used to indicate that the abort is initiated by the ASE-user. The value "provider" should be used instead.

invoke D-ABORT with Originator parameter value <DS user>

to:
invoke D-ABORT request with Originator parameter value <provider>
