Summary of Defect:

1/ Table 2.4.8-5 states that two FIS Uplink APDUs must be supported for encoding by the FIS-air-ASE and for decoding by the FIS-ground-ASE. This is wrong.

2/ Table 2.4.8-5 mandates the FIS-ground-ASE implementation to support the reception of a FISCancelUpdateContract APDU and a FISCancelUpdateAccept APDU. This should be mandated only when the FIS-user/UC option is supported.

3/ In table 2.4.8-2, predicate FIS-user/UC is relevant for the FIS-ground-ASE only and predicate UC-FU is relevant for the FIS-air-ASE only.
