The HF radio system can operate from 2.000 to 29.999 Mhz. ATC does not use the entire band, but still it does not match the propose range. 2. Frequency VHF: a. The actual propose range show 118.0000 should be 118.000. b. Should we take in account the new radio capabilty or propose capability which is the 8.33 Khz. Then the resolution change. c. If we keep the old 25 Khz spacing, should we change the upper range to 136.975?
