ATNP/3 Report Section 2.4.1: "The meeting was informed of some inconsistencies observed between range/resolution of some meteorological parameters contained in the Manuel of Technical Provisions for the Aeronautical Telecommunication Network (ATN) (Doc 9705) - Second Edition and some other ICAO documents. It was decided that a PDR should be immediately raised within the CCB to ascertain the problem, particularly with respect to backward compatibility, and to propose a solution which might be, in the short term, the issuance of a corrigendum to the document."
