Summary of Defect:

Minor problems in implementation of agreed Defect Resolutions from WG3 Thailand meeting:
a)  UL-DR 113 was revised so that in 4.4.7.9 Note 2 (ATN Security Label encoding), the Type (OID = 06) and Length (4 octets) of the Security Registration ID were prefixed to the OID value.  Thus, the Security Registration ID value now reads "06,04,2B,1B,00,00".  However, this increase in length from 4 to 6 octets was not reflected in the "Length" column of the Thailand output document, although the total octet count was updated correctly. 
b)  UL-DR 115 was applied with some incorrect formatting codes, which resulted in the final page of the ULCS SARPs (sections 4.6.6.3.3 to 4.6.7.1) being omitted from some hard copies.  UL-DR 115 should definitely be applied in the WG3 Thailand output document.  Incorrect note and paragraph numbering.
c)  Minor editorial change:  In 4.2.3.1.1 Note 3, penultimate sentence, "anytime" is replaced with "any time".
d)  The application of UL-DR 112 contained a typo - "applications" instead of "application"
