Summary of Defect:

With the forthcoming publication by ISO of the efficiency enhancements for Presentation and Session layers and ASN.1 extensibility for ACSE as Amendment 1 to the relevant standards (not Amendment 2 as originally envisaged), references in the ULCS SARPs need to be updated.
