Summary of Defect:
     There is an inconsistency between the text and the state table of the 
     CF protocol.
     
     Requirements 4.3.3.4.4.2.3 and 4.3.3.4.4.2.4 in the ULCS SARPs should 
     indicate that the result parameter of the A-RELEASE confirmation shall 
     have the abstract value "affirmative". The corresponding cell in the 
     state table is (A-RELEASE cnf+, STA4).
     
     By the way, is the cell (A-RELEASE cnf-, STA4) really empty ?

The requirements in question apply only when the CF is in the RELEASE 
COLLISION state (STA 4).  It should not be possible to receive values of the 
result parameter in the A-RELEASE confirmation other than "affirmative" when 
in this state.  For completeness, this should be made explicit in the SARPs 
text.
     
The state table is correct.  The blank cell (A-RELEASE cnf-, STA4) is really 
intended to be an error condition.

in the RELEASE COLLISION state, and it is the Initiator CF, it shall:

parameter has the abstract value "affirmative", and the CF is in the RELEASE 
COLLISION state, and it is the Initiator CF, it shall:
