Summary of Defect:

Some of the changes from PDR M1030008 were not applied properly to the published Edition 3.  As a result, the ASN.1 module in 8.7 will not compile and the ASN.1 snippets in 8.4.3.2.1 are incorrect.

Assigned SME:  Sub-Volume VIII SME

Proposed SARPs amendment:

1/ 8.7 and 8.4.3.2.1: Change all occurrences of "ATN-ats-es-id" to "ATN-es-id".

Impact on interoperability: All implementations must implement this PDR since it includes changes to the ASN.1.

PDR Validation status: The ASN.1 in the attached file was compiled with an ASN.1 compiler.  Thorough inspection should be sufficient.

SME Recommendation to CCB: Progress to RESOLVED.
