Summary of Defect:

In SSO-SessionKey (8.6.3.5.1) bullets a) b) and d) talk of retrieving and validating the Remote Peer's Key Agreement Key uncompressed certificate path and extracting the Remote Peer's Key Agreement Key from it.  However, if the local entity is the airborne application, the certificate path is not available, and the Remote Peer's Key Agreement Key is already available from the CM data (for ATS applications).
